Ask and learnThe easiest, quickest and cheapest way to find out what your guests enjoy at your center, what they are frustrated with and how they communicate is to ask them.

To make it valid, you need to speak to at least 5 individuals, couples or families and ask one simple question. If they respond with more, great! Make sure they know you’re the owner and that you’re asking in order to improve their experience at your fun center.

Some questions you can ask are:

  • What is your favorite attraction here?
  • Do  you use Twitter?
  • Would sending coupons via the fun center Facebook Page be helpful to you?
  • Would you consider having your son’s/daughter’s birthday party here?
  • Are the hours convenient?
  • What one improvement would you suggest for the center?
  • How many times do you visit the center?

Have a small notepad handy in case they have a specific situation that you can rectify. It will show you’re serious about improving their experience.
