Intelligence on getting more traffic, more often!

This might seem too good to be true, but it really isn’t. Depending on your needs, this is a free third-party online form service that you can embed into your website, assuming you don’t already have online party booking on your website. While this isn’t a dedicated party reservation service, it could work as one.

The service is http://www.wufoo.com, and it’s an online HTML form builder that lets you create contact forms, surveys, invitations as well as collect data, registrations and even online payments with having to actually write that code.

There are some great options that come with the free registration:

  • Option to send a confirmation email
  • Ability to add Captcha (those security words users have to enter)
  • Option to turn off form after a length of time
  • Ability to allow one entry per IP (say for a voting contest)
  • Allow your form to become active or inactive after a certain amount of time

The free version allows

  • 1 user
  • 3 forms
  • 3 reports
  • 10 fields
  • 100 entries/month

This may not be enough for your fun center, but it’s enough for you to give the service a spin to see if you’re happy with it. After that, everything increases for $14.95/month. Not bad!

Just to prove how easy it is, here’s the form I built. Warning—the free registration doesn’t automatically bring you back to the original website, but you can check out Wufoo from the “thanks” page you get to:

I did a little research locally, and 100% of the fun center websites I visited DID NOT offer any kind of online birthday party reservation. As of today, you’re a few steps ahead of your competition!
